COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: 27 July 2021 Please read the Statement of Work, there is no brand name requirement therefore watercrafts that meet the salient features will be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8T-21-Q-0005 Personal Watercraft with Trailer and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 dated June 10, 2021. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov/FAR . This Personal Watercraft with Trailer requirement is being solicited under NAICS code 483212, Inland Water Passenger Transportation and PSC 1910, Transport Vessels, Passenger and Troop. The award resulting from this solicitation will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. The Offeror is required to have a current and active Contractor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://sam.gov. Questions shall be submitted to Capt Ryan Moehle not later than July 31, 2021 via email at ryan.moehle@us.af.mil . Proposals/Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Capt Ryan Moehle on or before August 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM CDT. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on the evaluation criteria basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable resulting from this RFQ. The Offerors shall submit a quote that will meet or exceed the technical requirements stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). The delivery date is estimated at 60 days after receipt of order (ARO).
