COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8T-21-Q-0003 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 37, Service Contracting. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-01 dated November 12, 2019. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov/FAR . This is solicited as Sole Source to BASECONNECT, LLC under NAICS code 511210, SBIR Phase III Sole Source (Direct Award) to BaseConnect IAW SBIR Reauthorization Act and SBA SBIR/STTR Policy Directive Paragraph 4(c)(7)(ii). This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. The Offeror is required to have a current and active Contractor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://beta.sam.gov. Questions shall be submitted to Capt Ryan Moehle not later than July 22, 2021 via email at ryan.moehle@us.af.mil. Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Capt Ryan Moehle by or before July 22, 2021 at 10:00 AM CDT. The Contractor shall provide all necessary IT/software related items to continue service for the BASECONNECT APP for the 137th SOW Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City, OK.
