The 137th SOW MSG/MSC for Oklahoma intends to issue an Invitation for Bid(IFB) to repair Fire Safety Deficiencies at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base. The work to be accomplished under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, tools, equipment, shop draw ings, materials, accessories and incidentals necessary to Repair Fire Safety Deficiencies in B1009, B1043, B1047 and B1046.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes for this work are 236220.The small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.This is a 100% total small business set-aside. All responsible firms may submit an offer. Total contract period is expected to not exceed one (1) calendar year. IAW FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects this project is expected betw een $100,000 and $250,000. IAW FAR FAR 52.232-18 "Funds are not presently available for this contract." Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but no later than 30 Sept 2021. Award will be made to responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the IFB and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. Bid opening will be 20 May 2021 at 1000 hrs. in the CE Classroom at the 137th WRANGB. Late Bids will not be accepted.
