This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S8R-23-R-0003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 334519 and business size is 500 employees. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition After Exclusion of Sources. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to, but no later than, 30 April 2023. This action has been identified on the National Guard high priority list for award, if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Contractor shall provide FIDO x4, Heavy User Package, and extended warranty based on specifications in the line item listing. See Line Item listing for required salient characteristics. Delivery is required within 90 days of contract award to 1947 Harrington Memorial Drive, Mansfield, Ohio 44903 utilizing FOB Destination. The U.S. Government has a requirement to supply an Explosive Detection System for the 179AW at Mansfield, Ohio in accordance on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2.
