This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S8R-22-R-0003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business. The NAICS code that applies is 237990 and business size is 39.5 million. This action will result in a FFP purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition After Exclusion of Sources. Contractor shall provide: Electrical Components and Concrete which attain to or surpass the minimum salient characteristics as set forth in Attachment 02 Line Items Listing. Contract Line Items: All items are listed on attachment 02 Line Items Listing. *This is an all-or-none requirement. To be considered responsive, proposals must include all items listed on Attachment 02 Line Items Listing. Delivery to 1200 North Camp Perry East Road, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 utilizing FOB Destination.: *Electrical Supplies delivery is required within 90 days of contract award *Concrete to be delivered in phases over a two-week period with a minimum 7-day notice from the government.
