The 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield Ohio ANG Contracting Office is issuing this Solicitation notice for Project No: PBXP 169102 – Add/Alter B403 for Corrosion Control, at Mansfield Air National Guard Base (MANGB), Mansfield, Ohio. This project includes renovation and new construction/addition to B403 Corrosion Control facility. Construction services necessary shall include: interior/exterior demolition; new sidewalk and drive access; ATFP-compliant doors, windows and exterior walls; installation of new sprinkler system; installation of new compressed air lines, air handling equipment, stratification fans, and ductwork; electrical upgrades; new WLAN infrastructure and intercom. The construction/contract duration is estimated to be 300 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed, to include punch list completion and final inspection, which provides adequate time to accomplish demolition and renovations/new construction. Additive Bid Items (ABI’s) are included in solicitation, in following order of priority: ABI 1: Additional Corrosion Work Area ABI 2: Install New Air Shower ABI 3: Install New Motorized Overhead Door ABI 4: Install Blast Resistant Windows In accordance with FAR 14.101(d), bids will be evaluated without discussions. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 14.101(e). This project is solicited as SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, 100%. All responsible bidders are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is currently set for 05 November 2020 at 10:00am, See Sec 00100 of solicitation for pertinent details and instructions.
