This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned to this action is W50S8Q-23-Q-0001. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Procedures, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the 178 MSG/MSC, Springfield ANGB, OH 45502. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110, with a size standard of $40,000,000. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 dated 16 March 2023 and the Defense Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) Change Notice 20230301. The Ohio Air National Guard (OHARNG) proposes to establish a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide for lodging accommodations to be available during the Regular Scheduled Drill (RSD) 178th Wing at Springfield National Guard Base and 123rd Wing at Blue Ash National Guard Base, Ohio. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and supplies required to fulfill this requirement.
