The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB has a requirement to; Replace Building 131 HVAC. This project consists of replacing the current HVAC unit (approximately 25 ton) at building 131 with a properly sized, new HVAC unit with an economizer in the SF, Bldg 131. Existing equipment is not function or able to maintain sufficient cooling and is past its end of useful life. The construction/contract duration is 210 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This acquistion is a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All dates and times are identified in the solicitation for site visit and bid opening. An Award is anticipated prior to 30 September 2022.
