The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB will be issuing a solicitation for Project No: WAAR202120; Renovate Bldg #114 Restrooms. This project consists of demolishing flooring, shower trim, shower curtain rods, sinks, countertops, water closet, partitions, associated hardware, and a niche in one wall. It also includes installing needed improvements into the RRs such as flooring, trim, shower curtain rods, sinks, a bench, partitions, and recessed lockers. The construction/contract duration is 45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This project will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The date for the pre-bid conference/site visit will be on July 12, 2022. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
