The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB will be issuing a solicitation for Project No: WAAR202111; Renovate Bldg #142. This project consists of demolishing acoustical ceiling pads, flooring materials, rubber wall base, window sills, bath partitions, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. It also includes Installing needed improvements in to the building such as flooring, ceiling work, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. The construction/contract duration is 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This project will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236210, with a size standard of $39,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The date for the pre-bid conference/site visit will be on July 12, 2022. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
