The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB will be issuing a solicitation for Project No: WAAR222008; Repair Taxiway Golf gate. This project consists of removing approx. 60' of fence fabric and line posts. Remove posts and patch pavement. Install new 50' manual sliding box-framed gate. Alter existing fence to accommodate gate to meet UFC requirements. The construction/contract duration is 45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This project will be solicited as a competitive Small Business Set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a size standard of $16,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The date for the pre-bid conference/site visit will be on June 14, 2022. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
