The 178th Wing Contracting Office at Springfield ANGB is issuing a Solicitation for Project No: WAAR162003; Demo Old Combat Comm Sq Bldgs 109 & 121. This project consists of demolishing Buildings 109 and 121, including asbestos abatement in both buildings, demolishing pavement leading to the buildings, and the proper capping/tying off of utilities servicing the buildings. It also encompasses removing material or providing any fill needed to produce a level surface and completing the area with sod and sidewalk as specified in the drawings. The construction/contract duration is 100 calendar days after Notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This project will be solicited as a total Women Owned Small Business set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The total contract duration is 100 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238910, with a size standard of $16,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is on September 1, 2020 at 1:00 pm. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
