This project consists of removing & disposing of the existing built up roofing down to the concrete deck below and replacing with a new EPDM roof system sloped to provide positive drainage toward the gutters. The flashing, fascia, gutters, and down spouts will also be replaced with this project to make it a complete and usable system. Project Intent: This intent is to replace a Built-up roof that has been leaking down in to Bldg. # 3 because it has reached its useful life cycle. The roof shall be replaced with a completely new EPDM Roof system that would extend the roof’s life for a minimum of 20 years. Please see attached solicitation and drawings.
