This project consists of the remodel and additions to civil engineering building 151, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, security, finishes, and new construction. Also included is the remodel of both buildings 119a and 119b, including finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and incidental related work. The construction/contract duration is 360 calendar days after Notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list, which provides adequate time to accomplish construction. This project will be solicited as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The total contract duration is 360 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000 average annual revenue for the previous three (3) years. The magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is on September 01, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.
