The USPFO for Ohio Purchasing and Contracting Office, is issuing this notice to determine if there is an adequate number of qualified, interested small business concerns capable of performance on Project No: NLZG142008 - Renovate Hangar 888 at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base (RANGB), Columbus Ohio. This project includes building renovation (44,600 SF) to include install new walls, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and communications to make a complete and usable space for multiple functions consolidating into bldg. 888. This project also includes certain Brand Name/Sole Source components required by regulation. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5 million annual revenue for the previous three years. The facility is located at the 121st ARW, Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base, Columbus Ohio. In accordance with FAR 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business, the Government will review the information requested in this announcement to determine the type of set-aside (if any) for this requirement. Small Business concerns who believe they can responsibly perform this requirement should complete and submit the attached Sources Sought Information Request Form to the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 PM EST, 3 March 2019.
