The USPFO for Ohio intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for complete renovation of Building 1 at 220th Zanesville. The current building is nominally 15,500 SF in size and has the capabilities to support the 220th Engineering Installation Squadron's command, administrative, and engineering functions. The entire building will be renovated to include architectural improvements, asbestos abatement, new mechanical and electrical systems, new roof, etc. Minor exterior site improvements will be required.
