The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision/quality control, and project management necessary to complete the Project Repair by Replacement HVAC (RTU), Building 642 at the 174th ATKW Hancock Field, Syracuse, NY in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This includes but is not limited to demolition/recovery/disposal of existing material or equipment, delivery/receiving of all material or equipment to B642. Use of Government equipment should not be considered during any cost estimation. A site visit will be held 15 JULY 2025 at 9:00 AM.
