The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (End of clause) Requirement: Wireless Bridge CLIN 0001 – Provide and install a point to point wireless backhaul solution to provide NIPR and VSS capabilities to the Syracuse Hancock International Airport Firehouse via wireless Bridge. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide the point-to-point (P2P) wireless backhaul links between building 646 on Hancock Field Air National Guard Base to 169 Challenger Lane, Syracuse NY 13212. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified as Government Furnished, to perform a point to point wireless backhaul solution, as defined in the attached PWS. - Period of Performance is 60 days - Award will be based on lowest price. - Wage Determination 2015-4163 Rev 21 dated 27 December 2022.
