174 MATOC Sources Sought NAICS Code: 236220 and 237990 Category: Z – Maintenance, Repair and Alteration of Real Property Date Posted: 7 December 2021 Synopsis: INDEFINITE DELIVERY-INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement; a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential HUBZone, Small Businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Sources, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a) and Women Owned Businesses. Contractor's status will be verified through SAM and SBA. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The 174th New York Air National Guard may issue a solicitation and award of a contract for Construction Indefinite Delivery- Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for maintenance, repair and construction at the 174th Attack Wing, Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, Syracuse, NY, supporting 174th Attack Wing units located at Fort Drum, NY and the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS) in Rome, NY, the 107th Air Wing in Niagara Falls, NY and the 109th Airlift Wing in Scotia, NY. Typical work includes, but is not be limited to: interior and exterior renovations, heating and air-conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression, interior and exterior electrical and lighting, fire and intrusion alarms, communications, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, limited environmental remediation, construction of new facilities, surveys, studies, design-build and other related work. Task Orders will range from $2,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $40,000,000.00 to any one contractor. These anticipated contracts will consist of a 5 year Ordering Period (no options). All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 4:30PM Eastern on 20 Dec 2021. This notification, which shall not exceed five pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, (2) a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (link to form below), and (3) a listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. Also, (4) a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
