All labor and material cost shall be itemized and separated from Overhead and profit. Work location is the 174th Attack Wing (174 ATKW), 6001 East Molloy Road, Syracuse, New York 13211 on Hancock Field Air National Guard Base. Contractor shall work only in the areas designated by the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Install new corrugated/galvanized steel culvert pipe and insert it into the existing culvert pipe that will be abandon in place. The existing pipe dimensions are. 30” in diameter and 60‘long crossing the road on the south side of building 645 to the adjacent field. -- All material found in the existing culvert to be abandon in place will be removed and cleared. All disturbed areas will be hydro seeded and returned to existing conditions. Safety measures will be put in place to protect pedestrians and traffic from ongoing construction. Work must be completed in 60 calendar days after the notice to proceed (NTP) to support the duties of 174 ATKW personnel and safety of the mission. All quotes are due no later than 4:00 Eastern 14 Sept 2023 Award based on lowest price Wage determination General decision number:NY20230007 dated 30 June 2023.
