The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Requirement: Demolition of Building 617 CLIN 0001 – This project consists of demolishing up a single-story building and return the building footprint and disturbed area to grass covered green space. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: - This project consists of demolishing up a single-story building and return the building footprint and disturbed area to grass covered green space. The demo site is located within the Hancock Field Air National Guard installation. These are Federal facilities on federally owned land operated by the 174 Attack Wing (ATKW). The main effort of this PWS, Demolish Buildings 617 is Building 617 Operations Building, CMU single story approx. 4,820 SF. - The end state of this project shall be to return the building footprint and areas disturbed during demolition to green space. Demolition debris shall be proper disposed of off-site. Building 617 has had an environmental survey confirmed to have asbestos containing material (ACM). Abatement actions are required. Refer to the drawings attached to the project solicitation for additional details. - Period of Performance is 90 days - Award will be based on lowest price. - A site visit will be held at Hancock Field 6001 E. Molloy Rd. Syracuse, NY 13211 at 10:00 AM eastern on 25 April 2023.
