This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number W50S8N-22-Q-0003, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2022-04 effective 30 Jan 2022). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 562111 and the small business size standard is $41.5 million. The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. EADS Refuse Removal (Base year plus four option years): CLIN 0001 – Refuse Removal The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the collection and removal of the refuse at the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Buildings 700/703, 362/366 Otis Street, Rome, New York 13441-4812 on the Griffiss Business and Technology Park, Services, as defined in the attached PWS. CLIN 1001 – Option Year 1 Refuse Removal The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the collection and removal of the refuse at the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Buildings 700/703, 362/366 Otis Street, Rome, New York 13441-4812 on the Griffiss Business and Technology Park, Services, as defined in the attached PWS.
