This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6- Streamlined Procedures for evaluation and solicitation for Commercial Items- as Supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Award will be made based on lowest price. The contractor shall provide the use of civilian/military aircraft capable of supporting parachute operations in/around Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Merced CA, Elsinore, CA and DeLand, FL. Contractor will provide 50 hrs of aircraft tach time for dates 30 SEP 2025 through 29 SEP 2026.Coordination will be conducted with contractor 30 days prior to when/where the aircraft will be utilized.
