Solicitation W50S8L-23-R-0004 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The 123 STS is seeking airlift with applicable aircrew to support the 123 STS to perform Static line & Free Fall operations, to include Military Tandem Tethered Bundle. This service was previously provided under contract number W50S8L23P0014. The contractor shall provide the use of civilian/military aircraft capable of supporting parachute operations in/around Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Merced CA, Elsinore, CA and DeLand, FL. Contractor will provide 90hrs of aircraft tach time over 12 months. Coordination will be conducted with contractor 30 days prior to when/where the aircraft will be utilized. Below is a plan to deviate from, we will always pre coordinate 30 days prior. October 19 – 20, 2023 November 16-17, 2023 December 13-14, 2023 January 18-19, 2024 February 15-16, 2024 March 21-22, 2024 April 24-25, 2024 May 22-23, 2024 June 20-21, 2024 July 24-25, 2024 August 14-16, 2024 September 19-20, 2024 The contract duration will be 12 months. This service is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 481219, with a small business size standard of $25,000,000.
