Scope includes replacement of the existing hot water boiler, heating fan coil units, and window air conditioning units with a centralized energy efficient ground source heat pump system. The selected contractor shall design and install the new heating and cooling system for Building 290, Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station (ANGS) via a Design-Build contract. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government's budget for this project is $165,600.
