The 131st Mission Support Group Contracting Office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR subpart 13.5 procedures for demolition services to carefully demolish brick buildings 45, 46, and 47 at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station so that building materials can be salvaged and re-used for repair work on other buildings on base or be used as materials in a reconstruction of a building at another location. Demolition includes all structures, basement, foundation, and below grade utilities. The contract duration will be 6 months after notice to proceed to include inspections. This project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is 15 July 2024 with a pre-quote site visit to be scheduled approximately two weeks after solicitation release. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and information on how to register will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at SAM.gov.
