The purpose of Amendment 01 is to update the wage determination and extend the quote due date until 22 January 2021 @ 12PM EST. The 109th Airlift Wing/Stratton ANGB in Scotia, NY (listed as Schnectady in SAM) intends to award a firm-firxed priced contract (base + 4 option years) for international waste removal IAW the attached PWS. This is a non-personal services contract to provide USDA/APHIS approved storage containers, transport, treat, and dispose of all Regulated (International) Garbage generated by arriving and departing flights at Stratton Air National Guard Base. Interested parties will be required to submit an executed compliance agreement specific to Stratton ANGB at time of quote submission in order to be deemed technically acceptable. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror who is deemed technically acceptable. Please see FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION for further details.
