Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures to the contractor who submits the lowest priced quote and who can demonstrate the ability to successfully complete similar requirements (known as the best value). The contracting officer reserves the right to seek any information they deem reasonably necessary to satisfy themselves as to the contractor’s ability to successfully perform, including but not limited to: reviewing commercial and/or government websites; requesting refences; relying on personal experience; etc. This is a combined Synopsis / Solicitation for commercial KP Services.
