Answer: Yes. Contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision required to perform the scope of work detailed in the attached SOW, dated 06 March 2024. Please note that a firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Sections L & M in the attached solicitation should be referenced for submission requirements and evaluation criteria. A site visit will be held on 13 March 2024 @ 9:30 AM EST.
