Update: Amendment 1 officially updates the SOW and answers the question received during the site visit. Contractors are required to acknowledge this RFQ amendment in order to be considered a responsive offeror. The time for receipt of quotes has not been extended. The contractor shall provide all construction services and material to remove existing flooring and install new marmoleum composite tile (MCT) in three (3) work areas of building 2A located at Stratton ANGB, NY IAW the SOW, dated 22 June 22. Pease note that a firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Wage Determination NY20220002, dated 20 May 22 is applicable. Please reference section 00 21 00 Instructions in the attached solicitation for submission requirements and evaluation criteria. A site visit will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 / 10:00 AM EST. Contractors will meet in front of the Operations Group Building 2A, 1 Air National Guard Rd, Scotia, NY 12302. Due to security concerns, all offerors must register to attend the site visit.
