This request is for BRAND NAME OR EQUAL to TORO Groundsmaster 3200 4WD IAW FAR 52.211-6. To be considered equal, products must meet the following criteria: 1.1. Front Mower 1.2. 60” side discharge deck 1.3. 4 Wheel Drive 1.4. Diesel 1.5. 25 HP 1.6. 12 gal fuel tank 1.7. Hydraulic steering 2. Other Requirements 2.1. Equipment shipping to 109th Air National Guard in Scotia, NY shall be included. 2.2. The equipment shall be serviced and ready to operate. 2.3. Servicing instruction on any and all equipment shall be included upon purchase. 2.4. Call service person and number for tech support shall be included. 2.5.
