The Contractor shall provide all construction services and materials for demolition and construction of new recruiting office spaces located in Building #1: Demolition to include removal of interior door, closet, molding, flooring, ceiling track, and ceiling system. HVAC will be removed and replaced, along with baseboard heating. Construction will consist of a new floor plan to include a new door, modular wall construction, electrical and rebuilding doorway, flloring and ceiling system.
