The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform preventative maintenance checks on the Outdoor Mass Notification System at the Stratton Air National Guard Base, Scotia, NY. Preventative maintenance will be accomplished twice annually. This maintenance contract award shall include pricing for 5 option years. The contractor shall also provide parts, materials and labor to complete necessary repairs needed as a result of the maintenance checks or unscheduled service calls.
