SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide lodging and lunch meal support for inactive duty service members. The period of performance is from 9 April 2026 through 31 March 2028. Services must be performed within a 10-mile radius of specified military locations in Niagara Falls, Syracuse, Rome, and Newburgh, New York, as well as Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The acquisition is 100% set aside for SBA-Certified Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and award will be based on lowest price and a capability statement review. The government will not pay more than the applicable GSA Per Diem rate for lodging.
