Those interested in attending the bid opening must provide full name, date of birth, and driver's license ID# and state of issuance to 107ATKW.MSG.MSC@us.af.mil no later than July 20, 2023 at 4:00PM Eastern. As-builts are available for this project and can be downloaded from the DoD SAFE Site at: https://safe.apps.mil/pickup.php For access to the as-builts, interested parties are to obtain the Claim ID, Recipient Code, and Claim Passcode by emailing the Base Contracting Office at: 107ATKW.MSG.MSC@us.af.mil Construction contract for Project #08-2001, renovate the two-story 43,029 SF Operations & Training Facility, Building 901, Niagara Falls International Airport, NY. This action is being solicited for as a Competitve 8(a) small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $45M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $10M and $25M. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. Solicitation and information, notices and amendments w ill be posted at https://sam.gov. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2023. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the pricesreceived are within an awardable range. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
