The 107th Communications Flight, Niagara Falls ARS, NY requires service for DirecTV Business Package to include the upgrade and Support for 36 DirecTV Receivers. Presently, DirecTV support is being provided by a 36 Channel DTV-SMV Head-end Replacement system @ HD 720p. **For full configuration details on the current head-end system, please refer to the attachment titled "B1 DTV HE Config.pdf" The current channel line-up includes the Hospitality & Institutions Packages as well as channels local to the Niagara Falls, NY area. ****PLEASE NOTE**** The Government is interested in determining market capability of providing either of the following: 1 - DirecTV service for its current 36 Channel DTV-SMV Head-End System 2 - Replacement and DirecTV service of its current 36 Channel DTV-SMV Head-End System Interested parties can expect an annual contract with one base year and four option years. Period of Performance: Base Year: 15 September 2022 - 14 September 2023 Option Year 1: 15 September 2023 - 14 September 2024 Option Year 2: 15 September 2024 - 14 September 2025 Option Year 3: 15 September 2025 - 14 September 2026 Option Year 4: 15 September 2026 - 14 September 2027 Invoicing: All billing shall be conducted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://piee.eb.mil and occur monthly in arrears. Response: Please utilize the attached "B1 Sources Sought Response Form.docx" in addition to any other documentation when responding. All responses shall be submitted to the 107th Base Contracting Office's org box at: 107.MSG.MSC@us.af.mil All responses shall be submitted no later than Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 10:00 AM EST.
