THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential HUBZone, Small Businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Sources, Small Disavantaged Businesses 8(a), Women Owned Businesses or large business interest in the Greater Niagara region. Contractor's status will be verified through SAM and SBA. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The New York Air National Guard may issue a solicitation and award of a contract for “MODERN AIR COMBAT ENVIRONMENT (MACE) SOFTWARE TRAINING,” subject to availability of funds. The New York Air National Guard is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of: Combination of classroom and hands-on training for the Modern Air Combat Environment (MACE) software used on our trainer of record, the MJAT. Instruction materials (how-to guides) are to be provided to and kept by trainees. We require one (1) instructor for five (5) hands-on trainees and ten (10) classroom/“observing” trainees. The length of training will be three (3) days. Training expectations (tailored for RPA) will include but not be limited to: How to build scenarios, including: from-scratch culture, pattern of life, scripting. Scenario management, including: weapons employment, adjusting a running scenario, ad-hoc inserting multiple varieties of targets and moving targets. The place of performance is the 107th Attack Wing, Niagara Falls, NY at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal no later than 14 Feb 2020 by completing and signing the Source Sought Information Request Form (link to form below).
