This is a request for quotation for a complete package of audio and visual equipment to be delivered, installed, and made operational for two conference rooms at the 107th Attack Wing and 107th Operations Group in Niagara Falls, NY. The contract is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery for both line items must be completed no later than July 17, 2026. Award will be based on the lowest price and the ability to meet this delivery timeframe.
