This is an informational-gather Sources Sought notice only and no services or supplies are being solicited for at this time. The Government intends to issue a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation on or about August 28, 2025. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine if there is capability for the Government to be provided approx. 17 catered or carry-our meals in the Rome, NY area as well as 21 meals in the Springfield / Ft. Belvoir, VA area. These meals will be required each day for the monthly drill weekend schedule listed below and in the attached Statement of Work. The 222nd Command & Control Squadron, Rome, NY requires catered or carry-out meals approx. 20 Contractor tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Managing their own food services personnel, cooking, food preparation, set up serving line, serve customers, replenishing food, maintaining quality control, clean up after meal, remove garbage from the area and in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to include continued service. The contractor will not transport food further than one hour commute due to holding temperatures/times. (Reference 2013 Food Code) Contractor shall provide Meals on an as needed basis from 1 September 2025 – 31 August 2030. Requirements will remain very close to 17 lunch meals needed in Rome, NY and 21 lunch meals needed at Fort Belvoir, VA. Though it is the intent of the Government to pick these meals up, the addresses for the military units being supported are: 222nd CACS 525 Brooke Avenue Rome, NY 13441 222nd CACS 7900 Telegraph Road Fort Belvoir VA 22315 The drill weekend schedule for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2025 is: 6-7 September 2025 The drill weekend schedule for Fiscal Year 2026 is: 16-21 October 2025 4-7 December 2025 21 January – 1 February 2026 9-12 April 2026 4-7 June 2026 31 July – 1 August 2026 The drill weekend schedule for future fiscal years is typically published by April of the preceding year (for example, the drill weekend schedule for Fiscal Year 2027 is expected to be available no later than April of 2026).
