Additionally, we extended the response due date to 10 January 2024. The total amount for each line item represents maximum amount of rooms required by the Government per year. Each month required rooms will be competed amongst firms who were issued a BPA as a result of this multiple award solicitation. **************** This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice is being issued to solicit intereste from small business concerns capable of providing hotel rooms for Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD) Weekend troop lodging in the Buffalo, Syracuse, Rome, and Utica, NY areas. The Government intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) resulting from this solicitation. It is the Government’s intent to award four (4) BPAs, although greater or fewer than four may be awarded. A 5-year ordering period is expected to utilized. Utilizing Google Maps via the shortest route, the contractor shall provide lodging facilities within a 15 miles commute to any or all of the following locations. Contractors may elect to support IDT lodging needs in 1, 2, or all 3 of these locations: 107th Attack Wing, 9910 Blewett Avenue, Niagara Falls ARS, NY 14304 174th Attack Wing, 6001 East Molloy Road, Syracuse NY, 13211 222 CACS, 525 Brooks Avenue, Rome, NY 13441 Contractor must be able to accept billing by either Government Purchase Card or through Wide Area Workflow. Interested small business concerns are required to submit their quotes to this announcement's POCs before the close-out date and time. All questions must be submitted in writing to both POCs no later than 72 hours prior to the close-out date and time.
