Title: Electrical 100 Amp Sub-Panel Office Building Installation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (combo) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06. This combined synopsis/solicitation is Unrestricted. North American Industrial Classification Standard 238210 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is $16,500,000. This service is projected to be completed in 30 days. Work to be initiated no later than 14 calendar days after date of contract award. The following is needed: CLIN 0001 – SERVICE - Install a 100amp subpanel from the main 120/208 panel in building 912 at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York. Install ten (10) 20amp, 125 volt dedicated circuits from the newly installed 100amp subpanel. Eight (8) of these circuits will be installed in room 113b and two (circuits) will be installed in the storage closet. The contractor will provide power to the subpanel and the dedicated circuits. In addition, fifteen (15) additional conduit runs will be provided for communications infrastructure alongside electrical conduit. Period of Performance: 30 August 2021 – 30 September 2021 Additional details are provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this combo and saved as “A2 PWS B912 100A Sub-Panel 20210727.docx” SITE VISIT A site visit is required in order to submit a quote and will be conducted on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 9:00 AM EST. Interested parties are to contact either this announcement's Primary or Secondary POC in order to coordinate gaining access to the installation no later Friday, July 30th, 2021 at 12:00 PM EST. All site visit participants must provide full name, date of birth, driver's license ID # as well as state of issuance.
