This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a requirement for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) for hosting a Strong Bonds event for the Chaplains Office. The event is to take place in one of three towns in New Mexico: Taos, Angle Fire, or Red River. The requirement includes 22 double occupancy lodging rooms for the nights of 18 and 19 June 2021. The requirement also includes (hot when served), individually packaged, carryout meals for 44 people at the specified dates and times outlined on the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included in the solicitation document. It is the responsibility of the contractor to review the solicitation posted in contracts opportunity website and the solicitation document and any document posted on the solicitation web page. Please note that the Service Contract Act is applicable to this solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement, quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. Please review the evaluation criteria in FAR provision 52.212-2 in the solicitation document; quotes not meeting the requirements in this provision will be considered technically not acceptable and will not be considered for award. In accordance with FAR part 19.5 this requirement will be a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, the size standard is $35.0 million. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7 all prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Lack of registration or current registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.
