This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a requirement for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for hosting a Strong Bonds event for the Chaplains Office. The requirement includes 22 double occupancy lodging rooms for the nights of 19 and 20 February 2021. The requirement also includes (hot when served), individually packaged, carryout meals for 44 people at the specified dates and times outlined on the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included in the solicitation posting. It is the responsibility of the contractor to review the solicitation posted in contracts opportunity website and the solicitation document and any other document posted on the solicitation web page to include any amendment if posted. Please note that the Service Contract Act is applicable to this solicitation. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement, quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. To be considered technically acceptable any quote submitted must meet the requirements in the solicitation along with the Performance Work Statement and any other document attached to the solicitation page. In accordance with FAR part 19.5 this requirement will be a small business total set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, the size standard is $35.0 million. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7 all prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is https://www.sam.gov/SAM/.
