The New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) has a requirement for various repairs and painting of five vehicles. This acquisition is reserved only for Small Business concerns, The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, the size standard is $8.00 million. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation provision 52.204-7 all prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is https://beta.sam.gov. The regulations to be used for this solicitation are FAR, DFARS, and AFARS. FAC 2020-07, effective date 08/03/2020. A site visit will be held for this requirement, please review the solicitation for, date, time, location, and required information that must be submitted to attend the visit. The deadline to submit the information to attend the site visit is also within the solicitation documentation. The services of repairs and painting the vehicles must start in Fiscal Year (FY) 2020, FY2020 ends September 30, 2020. If services do not begin in FY2020 any issued contract shall be terminated. All prospective offerors are responsible for retrieving the solicitation from this website, and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. All questions and request for information (RFI) pertaining to the details of the Performance Work Statement (PWS), or the solicitation itself, will be accepted up until the deadline, please refer to the solicitation documentation for the time and date of this deadline.
