Amendment 2 has been issued. This amendment is to correct the part number for Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) 0001. Two attachments have been posted for this amendment. The first document is a conformed solicitation document (SF1449), the changes are incorporated into the solicitation document. The second document (SF30) is the summary of changes. Questions and Answers Document 3 has also been issued with the Amendment. The original Solicitation and Questions and Answers Document 1 and 2 have been removed. Questions and Answers Document 3 incorporates the information from Questions and Answers Document 1 & 2. - End of Amendment 2 Notes - Amendment 1 has been issued. This amendment is to add the verbiage “Brand Name or Equal” in all descriptions for each Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN). CLIN 0006 was for 60 urinal and toilet flush valves, the amendment breaks these items up into two separate CLINs (0006 and 0007) with a quantity of 30 each for both CLINs along with part numbers and gallons per flush requirements. Questions and Answers Document 2 incorporates Questions and Answers Document 1 information. - End of Amendment 1 Notes This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for seven different types of contactless fixtures (water fountains, faucets, paper towel dispensers, Soup Dispensers, Door Pull/Step Pull, Toilets valves, and Urinals valves). The basis of award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Partial quotes will be considered technically unacceptable. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this RFQ. The regulations to be used are FAR, DFARS, and AFARS. This RFQ has been set aside for small businesses, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999 – All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, the size standard is 750 employees. FAC 2020-07, effective date 08/03/2020. All items in this RFQ are Brand Name or Equal, please review full text FAR provision 52.211-6 if you plan to submit a quote with equal items. Quotes not meeting the requirements outline in FAR provision 52.211-6 will not be considered for award. The deadline to submit questions for this solicitation is close of business August 11, 2020. Quotes with items manufactured in non-qualifying countries will be evaluated with a 50% evaluation factor in accordance with the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 225.105. A list of qualifying countries can be found in DFARS 225.872-1. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this RFQ must be registered and have a current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database www.sam.gov. After a contract for this requirement has been awarded, all invoicing will only be accepted through Wide Area Work Flow https://piee.eb.mil/. Therefore, all offerors must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow.
