An Award has been issued, please refer to award notice, notice number W50S8G20P0010 This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a requirement for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for a HP XL 4100 Plotter with a three year warranty (brand name or equal), this requirement includes full installation, preventative maintenance, onsite training on usage of the plotter. This requirement also includes ink, print heads and two rolls of paper, 40 inch x 500 foot engineering bond paper will be provided, please refer to the solicitation document (along with the Statement of Work within the solicitation documentation) for more information about full details about this solicitation. Partial quotes will not be considered for award. For the submission of equal items ensure your quote meets the information outlined in FAR provision 52.211-6. Quotes not having the information outlined in FAR provision 52.211-6 will not be considered for award. The award will be made on the lowest technically acceptable basis, please refer to FAR provision 52.212-2 for more information. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement. This acquisition has been set aside for 100% total small business, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334118 – Computer Terminal and Other computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,000 employees. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is www.SAM.gov.
