This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of Requirement: The 177th Fighter Wing, Detachment 1 Warren Grove Gunnery Range has a requirement for a Vehicle Exhaust Removal System as stipulated in the attached Technical Requirements Document. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation IAW FAR Part 12 and 13. Submit written quotes in reference to Request for Quote (RFQ) reference number W50S8F-21-R-0010. As such only quotes with items that meet the identified specifications will be accepted. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333413-Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing. This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside. Evaluation of Quotes: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on the price and the ability to meet the specifications of the Technical Requirements Document. To be considered for award, note that you or your company must be registered in SAM and if awarded the contract, must subsequently enroll in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for the purpose of invoice/payment. Please note that PIEE is the ONLY ACCEPTABLE means of invoicing for payment. Offerors should provide their DUNS number, CAGE code, and confirmation of their registration in PIEE along with their quote. Offerors shall have their System for Award Management (SAM) accounts updated as of October 2020 to reflect the inclusion of clause 52.204-26 – Covered Telecommunication Equipment or Services-Representation. If your SAM account has not been updated you will need to submit clause 52.204-24 – Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment with your offer package.
