There is no bid package or solicitation. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. The 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard intends to compete a requirement for Logistics Support Services under NAICS 541614. Seeking highly qualified self-performing qualified vendors and interested parties in any of the following categories: U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), SBA certified HUB Zone, SBA certified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), SBA certified Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and SBA certified Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) sources with current relevant qualification, experience, personnel, and capability of providing Logistics Support Services at Francis S. Gabreski ANGB, New York. The Performance Work Statement dated 24 January 2024 (see attached) spells out this requirement. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 23 February 2024. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include: A positive statement of intent to offer a proposal A completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
