This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for services, non-personal: to provide all management, labor and personnel necessary that will provide Special Warfare Candidate Developer (SWCD) services at the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. All work will be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 21 April 2021 which is incorporated into this combined synopsis/solicitation. Period of performance is approximately 1 September 2021 to 28 February 2021. This is a 100% set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 621999 and the size standard is $16.5 million. Solicitation number W50S8E21Q0006 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06, effective 07-12-2021. Firms must be registered in the SAM.gov system before an award can be made.
