This acquisition is for local Telecommunication services (LTS) Conversion from LSTDM to SIP Trunking. This is a 100% full and open. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 517111 and the size standard is 1500 employees. Solicitation number W50S8E-25-Q-A012 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 Effective January 17, 2025. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract for a base plus four (4) option years. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract.
